❤️彭樹君的《終於來到不必討人喜歡的時候》讀到這段話，她建議要清除人生中的五個「不要」，其中一個是「不要虛情假意」，她還寫著：

「真心的朋友是可以一起去做一些喜歡的事、開心的事，感覺彼此心靈的敞開與生命的成長。相互來往是因為發自內心地關懷彼此，若非如此，那麼各自安好就好。」

我也覺得人到中年，朋友愈來愈少，只希望與真心的就好。
